The Site is intended for use by you only if you are of legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence and in the country from which you are accessing the Site. PURCHASE OF GOODS


Age restriction
No person under the age of 18 years (for customers within the UK) may place an order. For other countries, local age restrictions apply

Personal use
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that the products you purchase via this web site are exclusively for your personal use, and are not for resale.

Payment and title
All purchases remain the property of FIeld Bar Gin until paid for in full. Payment must be received in full together with the delivery charge and VAT (where applicable) before the items are dispatched to you.

Payment Details
To protect your Credit or Debit card information, we use a specialist Payment Services Provider who is compliant with the VISA and MasterCard PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards. We don't record or store your card details, and no Field Bar Gin employee has access to any card details.

Cancellation of Orders
If either party cancels an order prior to dispatch and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery
We expect to deliver within two working days to the UK Mainland. Deliveries are not made on weekends or UK National holidays. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on your completed order and will require a signature of a person over the age of 18 years.

We will endeavour to ensure delivery within the specified period, however we will not be held liable for any delay in you receiving the items for whatever reason. Orders are processed with all possible speed; if you have not received your goods within 14 days, please contact us.

Receipt of goods
Delivery notes should be signed "unexamined". In the event of breakage or short delivery, we can only accept claims if we are notified in writing within three days of delivery. Please accept the delivery - DO NOT refuse it - sign the delivery note "Breakage" and contact us immediately.

Returns
Upon receipt of the goods, if you believe that the items do not conform substantially to their corresponding description you must inform us within seven days of receipt of the goods after this period you will have accepted the items. We will refund your money within 48 hours of receiving the returned products, which must be returned to us in good condition.
